Welcome to Queer Poly Coach, where we provide expert coaching, consulting, and content creation services for those exploring queer sexuality and open relationships. My coaching services allow individuals, couples, and polycules get customized and targeted guidance on their relationship challenges. Whereas traditional relationship therapy focuses more on things like unpacking pack relationship traumas or processing ongoing conflict or challenges, coaching is a more streamlined, short-term, focused intervention. Think of it as your own custom "how to" guide with a live coach to steer you through specific questions. I also offer sexuality-based assessments that are sometimes utilized in the coaching process.
I offer consultation for a variety of situations. Think of consultation as a professional collaboration, rather than coaching which is more of a personal "how to" process. I am happy to consult with therapists on how to work with their LGBTQ+ clients, businesses on how to provide a more queer-affirming workplace, and managers that want to navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics related to gender and sexuality. These are only a few examples of the consultation I can provide, but I'm excited to hear your ideas and needs as well!
